Are wallpapers washable?
Yes, Most of the wallpapers made today is vinyl coated and washable. This means that the wallpaper is made of a vinyl coating.
How to clean wallpaper?
Clean with a damp sponge; use water sparingly and do not get them wet. Start from the bottom of the wall and work up. Gently sponge with a mild detergent in warm water Rinse Thoroughly with clean warm water, using a sponge. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
How are wallpaper sold?

What is Price of wallpaper?
The price of wallpapers will naturally depend on the type of wallpaper you need, namely PVC, Non Woven, cork, etc. It also depends on whether you want a printed pattern, an embossed one or an engraved one. Wallpapers are bought in rolls with the price start from Rs. 1500 /roll to 20000/roll or may be higher.
What is the size of a roll?
Generally each wallpaper roll is of 57 sq.ft globally. but there are also some other size of rolls are available.
What are the dimensions of a roll
Mostly wallpaper rolls are 21 inches or 42 inches wide and 10m or 5m running length respectively. But there are other sizes also available.
How much time will be needed to get the wallpaper done?

Can wallpaper be applied where there is dampness & moisture in wall?
No , wallpaper or any other interior decoration item like paint, wood paneling cannot be put on a wall with moisture, dampness or leakages. For all, dry and solid surface Is required. For that you can use PVC Wall panels to cover that.
Can wallpaper be applied on Ceiling?
Yes you can put pretty wallpapers on the ceiling too. They look quite great on ceiling.
Is it necessary to have wallpaper on all walls in a room?
It is not necessary that you should cover all the walls of your home or even entirely of a room. You could install wallpaper on one or two walls only and paint the other walls. For example, in the living room you can put the wallpapers on the walls behind the sofa and on the television mounted wall.
What designs and patterns are available in wallpapers?

Window Blinds - Some Queries
Q. At what stage of the building process can you take measurements for blinds?
We can provide an initial quotation from your plans, but all windows will need to be measured on site. This can only be done once all plastering has been completed and architraves have been attached.?
Q. What time frame should we allow for our new blinds to be manufactured and installed?
You should allow 7-10 days for blinds. Of course it also may vary depending on the time of the year and style of blinds you are ordering.
Q. When should you get your blinds installed during the building process?
The best time to get your blinds installed is just before you move your furniture in. It’s best to have all the paint work finished and the house nice and clean, you don’t want your nice new blinds getting dirty
However, it’s best to get organized well before this point to ensure your blinds are fitted at this time, otherwise if you wait till you move in you will have your neighbors learning a little bit more about you than you’d like.
Tip:
• If you can arrange access to the house before settlement, we can have your blinds ready for installation as soon as you take ownership of your new home.
• It is a good idea to decide what type of blinds you would like before the windows are designed. We regularly see disappointed faces when we advice customers that they can’t have the blinds they like due to the window not having a deep enough recess or not designed for the blinds they want.
Q. How much will I need to spend?
This is a hard question to answer and varies greatly depending on which blind type and fabric you choose and of course the number of windows you have. We will be happy to work out the best solution based on the budget you set, everyone is different. Either way, it is best to determine your costs as early as possible in the building stage so you can include your window coverings in your overall budget! You don’t want to be left with sheets hanging in your new home!
